Guiding Principles
Here are four principles we find helpful when praying for Israel, the Church, and the nations.
Ask God to teach you His thoughts and ways.
Pray in alignment with God’s Word.
Keep original context in mind when reading prophecies and promises.
Remain sensitive to what the Holy Spirit guides you to pray.
How to Use This Guide
Each section on this page includes Scripture to read aloud, a thought from our team, and prayer points. We encourage you to:
- Read the Scripture aloud with a group
- Share the thought to provide context
- Pray together, beginning with thanksgiving and praise in response to the passages
- Continue praying as the Spirit leads—use the prayer points as a launching pad, not a limitation

Week 1: Promises
Promises for Israel
Read together:
Ezekiel 37:1–14
Romans 11:25–27
Thoughts:
God promised that a day is coming when the Jewish people will be spiritually revived. A day when Israel as a nation will turn to Him and be saved. Let’s align our hearts with God’s Word and pray to hasten that day!
Pray:
For God to breathe His Holy Spirit on dry hearts
For God to deliver them from the enemy’s lies and deceptions
For salvations
Promises for the Arab World
Read together:
Isaiah 19:19–25
Thoughts:
A blessing for the whole earth is promised through the reconciliation and salvation of the Middle East. The Assyria of Israel’s day includes many nations today: Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Turkey, and Iran. Let’s pray for the fulfillment of God’s Word that we will see a highway of praise in the Middle East!
Pray:
For the salvation of Egypt (90% muslim)
For the salvation of “Assyria” (majority muslim)
For the gospel to reconcile Jewish and Arab communities
Week 2: Revelation
Revelation for Israel
Read together:
2 Corinthians 3:14–17
Thoughts:
So many in Israel are hungry to experience what they read in the Psalms and in the Bible. We are seeing more Jewish people come to faith than at any other time in history. Let’s pray for the harvest to increase even more!
Pray:
For a holy curiosity to read the New Testament
For freedom from religious bondage and fear
That the eyes of their hearts would turn to the Lord so the veil would be removed
Revelation for the Church
Read together:
Romans 11:11–30
Romans 9:1–5
Thoughts:
We need the Church to step into its calling to “provoke Israel to jealousy” and show mercy as we have been shown mercy. God’s plan for Israel’s salvation is the Church!
Pray:
For the Church to understand God’s purposes for Israel
For the Church to repent for pride and antisemitism
For the Church to gain God’s heart for Israel to be saved
Week 3: Unity
Unity for Israel
Read together:
Ephesians 6:12
Matthew 5:9
Acts 9:1–19
Thoughts:
The demographics in Israel are 74% Jewish and 21% Arab, with the remaining 5% comprising of Armenians, Bedoins, and internationals. We know reconciliation is only possible through Christ. Pray against demonic forces that prevent these communities from seeking peace.
Pray:
Against demonic forces that incite violence

Unity for the Church
Read together:
Ephesians 2:11–18
John 17:20–23
Thoughts:
The first divisions between Jewish and Gentile believers began as early as the Apostles’ ministries, and they have continued to this very day. May God make us one, Jew and Gentile!
Pray:
For healing of divisions and wounds in the Church
For the Gentile Church to embrace our Jewish brothers and sisters
For God to make us one, just as He is one
Week 4: The Harvest
The Harvest for the Church
Read together:
Romans 10:14–15
Matthew 9:37–38
Thoughts:
Romans 10 is considered the “missions” chapter, but so often we read over its context. Its primary application is to send workers to reach the Jewish people. Pray for the Bride to answer the call!
Pray:
For believers to answer the call to go
For boldness for Middle Eastern churches
For open doors in your community to reach Jews and Arabs

Romans 11:26
2 Peter 3:9
Thoughts:
Jesus is worthy of His inheritance. May we agree with the Word of God and join Him in His desire to see the Jewish & Arab people come to know Him.
Pray:
For salvations across Israel
For salvations across the Middle East
Exaltation
Read together:
Romans 11:33–36
Thoughts:
Lift up thanksgiving and praise! This is God’s plan, established and accomplished by His wisdom and might. He is worthy of every nation, tribe, and tongue! He alone is worthy to rule over the nations!
