“The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to the place where it sets” (Psalm 50:1).

“The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught. The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears, and I have not been rebellious; I have not drawn back” (Isaiah 50:4-5).

“Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good; and your soul will delight in the richest of fare. Give ear and come to me; hear me, that your soul may live” (Isaiah 55:2-3).

“Those who belong to God hear what God says” (John 8:47).

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them and they follow me” (Jesus – John 10:27).

May the Lord give all of us listening ears and obedient hearts as we move into the new year!

Thank you to all of you who made contributions to Caleb Company during December. The month was an outstanding month for us. We were at “The Call” in Geneva, Switzerland with Lou Engle, Stacey Campbell, Asher Intrater, and the whole David Rudolph clan. Lou had some fresh revelation on the importance of making the “Israel piece” as a part of every “Call.”

Then we went to Israel for meetings with Heidi Baker, plus a major day of ministry among holocaust survivors, single mothers, and new immigrants. Being in a room with 150 holocaust survivors was a new experience for us, from which I hope we never recover.
